The hosts Frik and Manus were exceptional! They were extremely accommodating to our international guest Michael. They made him feel so comfortable and his stay was truly lovely! He couldn't stop complimenting Frik and his services as well as how stunning the venue and accommodation was!!! I went to have a look for myself as I had booked the place for Michael and it was GORGEOUS!!! The gardens look AMAZING and had such beautiful details to it with the statues, fountains, plants and flowers as well as the cute little statues perched here and there in the gardens. The rooms are stunning and have all the little touches to make you feel more welcome and at home! Thank you to Frik and Manus!!! I will most definitely be booking at 98 on Lynburn Guest House again!!!

The location was perfect! Very central to Lynnwood Bridge, Glenfair, and Pretoria East. The hosts were extremely accommodating and their team was wonderful. We were greeted by homemade delicacies and they made us a beautiful breakfast in the morning. The gardens were lovely, exhibiting such care and attention to detail around the entire property. As international guests, Manus and Frik were very helpful with local recommendations. A perfect stay for a few nights in Pretoria!

Because I was staying for 4 nights, the hosts upgraded my accommodation at no extra cost to the Executive Suite. The suite itself has a lovely mix of modern lines with additional creature comforts that were greatly appreciated. The gardens are beautifully laid out, with many private nooks in which to relax. Truly a home away from home!
